Planning fees are determined by the scope and complexity of your trip. You'll receive a quote after your initial consultation. Pricing depends on the level of service required — from itinerary design to full concierge support.

Yes. Many clients start with a 15-minute consultation. With our itinerary design service, you can self-book using our recommendations — a planning fee applies for the design work.

About Our Platform

Fora Travel & Aurum

Aurum operates through Fora Travel, a host agency that powers our booking capabilities and partner relationships. Here's what that means for you.

You still work entirely with Aurum — but thanks to Fora, your trip may include upgrades, room credits, or early check-in benefits at no extra cost.

Possibly. You may notice "Fora Travel" listed on your hotel confirmation emails or trip details. That's because some bookings are processed through Fora's platform. All planning remains directly with Aurum.

Yes. In some cases, Aurum receives a commission from partners through Fora. This does not increase your trip cost and helps us include more value at no extra charge.

Only when needed to complete your booking. Your information is never used for marketing or sold to third parties.
